We aim for all UK orders to be received within 3-5 working days. All smaller parcels are posted by 1st class delivery, however if you require your order sooner please contact us directly and we will do our best to cater for you. All larger parcels may be shipping with an alternative courier Purchases over £60 are eligible for free delivery.

All international shipping  will be posted signed for and our aim is for you to receive your items within 10 days, However postal delays can sometimes occur and in this case unfortunately this is our of our control. We will always do our best to get your orders to you ASAP. All international shipping may be subject to customs and import duty.

When you receive your order we hope that you will be satisfied. 

However if you are not we are happy to exchange your item with available stock that we have for the same price as your original order. 

All exchanges should be requested within seven days of receiving your order. When an exchange has been submitted and agreed you have a further seven days to return the item in its original state. Once we have then received the item back we will send out your new item. Exchanges can not be made on sale items Please Email us to organise your exchange.

All unfulfilled PRE ORDERS will be refunded.

If you would like to return or exchange your item you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. You should always consider using a trackable shipping service or source shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your return and if for whatever reasons we do not  receive it or we receive it in a damaged/unreasonable state we will not be able to issue the refund.
